Currently developing a professional website from scratch to centralize summer programs, STEM clubs, MUNs, resources, and growth tools. Led the planning and execution of web-based projects within a structured, intensive coding program. Coordinated task distribution, timelines, and team communication for collaborative, project-based learning. Head of Operations & Platform Manager
Founding member responsible for taking the platform from idea to live operation (0→1). Led coordination with external development teams/vendors to select, launch, and operate the educational platform. Fully manage the Admin Panel, including student onboarding, subscriptions, technical issue resolution, and daily platform operations. Built and managed the WhatsApp customer support system end-to-end: Designed structured quick replies and response flows; Organized lead handling, support tickets, and follow-ups. Recruited, trained, and supervised a WhatsApp Support Team, ensuring consistent communication and service quality. Optimized Customer Experience (CX) by reducing response time and streamlining communication with students and parents. Played a key role in operational scalability by offloading day-to-day operations from the instructor and enabling sustainable growth.
